But knowing the Enneagram and using it well with another human being are two different things.

The Enneagram CounSouler Community is an ongoing learning community for practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of the Enneagram and apply it more thoughtfully to themselves and the people they work with.

Because the most important instrument you bring to your work isn't the Enneagram. It's the person using it, you.

More than a type.

Through the CounSouling® lens, we explore Enneagram types as adaptive patterns—ways of organizing attention, emotion, instinct, behavior, and relationship that developed for meaningful reasons.

So instead of stopping at:

“What type is this person?”

We become curious about:

“Where does their attention automatically go?”
“What is this pattern trying to protect, secure, or manage?”
“How has it helped them navigate relationships and the world?”
“What becomes possible when it doesn't have to work quite so hard?”

The goal isn't to become a better version of our type.

It's to understand our patterns well enough to have more awareness, freedom, flexibility, and authentic self-expression.

And when we learn to approach our own patterns this way, it changes how we understand the people sitting across from us.

The map isn't the person.

This community isn't about becoming better at typing people.

It's about becoming better at seeing people.

The Enneagram gives us an extraordinary map of human patterns—but a map can never capture the complexity of an individual life.

Inside the Enneagram CounSouler Community, we'll practice holding that map lightly: using it as a mirror, a map, and an invitation to curiosity rather than another box to put people in.

Not a number before a person.

The person underneath the pattern.

Come curious. Explore your pattern. Deepen your practice.

You don't need to have mastered the Enneagram or practice it exactly the way I do.

Bring your curiosity. Bring what you've learned. Bring your questions. Bring your own pattern.

And bring the clients who have made you wonder:

“Why does this make so much sense for them?”

or

“Why isn't what I know about their type explaining what I'm seeing?”
