ABOUT
BELIEF #1
What you call “issues” are often patterns that learned how to protect you. When you understand them, they begin to loosen.
BELIEF #2
Your patterns formed in response to relationships, environments, and expectations. They make sense. And they can change.
BELIEF #3
When you can see your patterns clearly—without judgment—you’re no longer run by them. That’s where something new becomes possible.
MY STORY
I’ve been a therapist since 2010, sitting with people in the raw, real moments of their lives.
Over time, I began to notice something consistent:
We don’t struggle because something is wrong with us.
We struggle because of the ways we learned to adapt.
Again and again, I saw how people had become who they needed to be—to stay connected, to be accepted, to feel safe. And how those same patterns, once protective, could begin to feel limiting.
This understanding became the foundation of my work.
I don’t believe in fixing people.
I believe in helping you understand yourself—how your patterns formed, what they’ve been trying to protect, and how to relate to them in a new way.
Because when you can see yourself clearly, you can begin to live differently.
More grounded. More connected. More you.

You Can Say F*ck in Here
Inspired to share stories about the work I do to support people in recognizing their patterns, I became an author. Writing has been an integral part of my own growth and healing.
"These stories challenge us to face the raw truth behind our choices and uncover the hidden triggers that shape our reactions."Â

“Part storytelling—part psychological mirror. I saw myself in many of the chapters, which made me think of my own life and challenges from a unique perspective.”Â
