A facilitated, ongoing book club for personal growth, self-discovery, and becoming more fully yourself.

Each month, the community reads one book together. Books might explore psychology, personal growth, relationships, attachment, money, creativity, parenting, health, meaning, purpose, spirituality, boundaries, work, identity—or anything else that gives us an opportunity to understand ourselves and our lives more deeply.

But the goal isn't simply to learn what the author has to say. It's to ask: What does this help me understand about myself?

We meet to CounSoul the book.

Rather than simply discussing whether we liked the book, we explore it through the CounSouling lens and apply what we're learning to our own lives.

And because the conversation is facilitated by me—a therapist and the creator of CounSouling—I'll help us look beneath the ideas in the book and notice the patterns, parts, reactions, questions, and possibilities they bring up in us.

SELF: What did this book reveal about me?

ENNEAGRAM: How might my adaptive pattern influence how I experience these ideas? What captured my attention? What did I resist, avoid, or immediately connect with?

PARTS: What parts of me responded to this material? What are they protecting, wanting, fearing, or trying to accomplish?

LIFE: Where do I see these ideas showing up in my relationships, work, parenting, money, boundaries, choices, habits, health, creativity, or everyday life?

EXPRESSION: What might be asking to be expressed, reclaimed, explored, or experienced differently? What would it mean to become a little more fully myself?

The book gives us something to explore.

The CounSouling happens in what we notice.

You receive the CounSouling Summary.

After our conversation, I'll create a short synthesis of the book through the CounSouling lens—including major ideas, connections to Enneagram and parts, themes that emerged in our conversation, and invitations for continued reflection and personal growth.

Then we move on.

New month. New book. New conversation.

Members can suggest books, and the community can help choose what we explore next.

New members simply watch the evergreen Enneagram Foundations training and jump into whatever book we're currently reading.

There is no curriculum to catch up on.

Previous books, reflections, and CounSouling Summaries become a growing library you can explore whenever you'd like.

One book. One conversation. A deeper understanding of yourself.

Each month, we read something new and explore what it can teach us about who we became, how we're living, and who we're becoming.

Facilitated by Dr. Katie Fields, author, therapist, and creator of CounSouling®

Each month, we'll explore a selected book together. Books may focus on:

  • Personality
  • Relationships
  • Mindbody healing
  • Trauma & adaptation
  • Parenting
  • Boundaries
  • Meaning & purpose
  • Spirituality
  • Or something we haven't even thought of yet!

Our monthly discussion will include:

✨ A CounSouling Reflection Guide to help you explore how the book's ideas connect to your own life, patterns, parts, relationships, and growth

đź’¬ A facilitated CounSouling conversation where we'll take the ideas beyond the book and explore what they help us understand about who we became, how we're living, and who we're becoming

🪞 A CounSouling Summary that brings together the book's major ideas, connections to Enneagram and parts, themes from our conversation, and invitations for continued reflection and growth

The book gives us something to explore. The CounSouling happens in what we notice.

And the conversation doesn't stop when the meeting ends.

Join us on Facebook for ongoing conversation, reflections, favorite quotes, questions, and those “wait…this explains so much” moments that happen while we're reading.

And at the end of each month, we'll go LIVE to find out what we're CounSouling next. 📚✨

Members can suggest books to add to the jar, and I'll draw our next read live—because part of the fun is not knowing exactly where our curiosity will take us next.

New month. New book. New things to notice.
